Bessey REVO KRV100-2K Frame Clamp, Clamping Width 1000 mm

The Bessey KRV frame clamp is a clamp that allows for optimal distribution of clamping force. The upper part is fixed and adjusted evenly, which allows for optimal positioning of the workpiece. Clamping force up to 7000N. The clamp features very large, parallel clamping surfaces and protective caps that protect easily damaged surfaces. Additionally, the clamp has a high-quality two-component plastic handle. The clamp can be converted into a spreading mechanism without using tools.

Main advantages:

Parallel clamping surfaces with protective caps. The very large, flat clamping surfaces made from impact and crack-resistant polyamide are arranged completely parallel. Suitable for various forms of securing - around guiding and without any issues. The three removable protective caps are resistant to glue, varnish, and grease removers.

Movable upper part. Stepless, desired setting and independent fixation of the upper part is performed using a button-lock mechanism.

Protective ends on parts. The ends made from impact-resistant polyamide, which are placed on parts, block the direct contact between the part and the guide if the full clamping surface is used. Using TK6 table clamps, frame clamps can easily secure parts.
