Bessey REVO KR100-2K Frame Clamp, Clamping Width 1000 mm

The REVO frame clamp ensures parallel compression and is ideally suited for sensitive parts and right angles. Thanks to the Original BESSEY REVO frame clamp, sensitive surfaces, straight angles, round and sharp details can be easily clamped and spread. Most importantly, due to the large contact area, the frame clamp can be used anywhere, including at the end and front of the guide. The clamp allows for clamping even those parts that are inaccessible to ordinary clamps. Clamping force up to 7000N. The clamp has very large, parallel clamping surfaces and protective caps, which protect easily damaged surfaces. Also, the clamp has a high-quality two-component plastic handle. The clamp can be converted into a spreading mechanism without the use of tools.

Main advantages:

Parallel clamping surfaces with protective caps. Very large, flat clamping surfaces made of impact and crack resistant polyamide are completely parallel. For various shapes fixation - around the guide without issues. Three removable protective caps are resistant to adhesives, varnishes, and grease solvents.

Moving upper part. Stepless, desired setting, and independent fixation of the upper part is achieved through a button lock.  

Protective ends on parts. Ends made of impact-resistant polyamide, which are placed on the parts, prevent direct contact of the part and the guide if the full clamping surface is used. Using TK6 table clamps, frame clamps are easily attached to parts.
