Bessey REVO KR125-2K Body Clamp, clamping width 1250 mm

The KR body clamp ensures compression parallelism and is ideally suited for sensitive parts and straight angles. Thanks to the REVO Original BESSEY body clamp, it is easy to clamp and spread sensitive surfaces, straight angles, round and acute details. And most importantly: due to the large contact area, the body clamp can be used anywhere, including at the ends and front. With the clamp, it is possible to clamp even those parts that are unreachable for standard clamps. Clamping force up to 7000N. The clamp has very large, parallel clamping surfaces and protective caps that protect easily damaged surfaces. Also, the clamp features a high-quality two-component plastic handle. The clamp can be converted into a spreading mechanism without using tools.

Main advantages:

Parallel clamping surfaces with protective caps. Very large, flat clamping surfaces made of impact-resistant and fracture-resistant polyamide are arranged entirely parallel. For various shapes fixation - around the guide rail and without errors. Three removable protective caps are resistant to adhesives, varnishes, and grease solvents.

Moving upper part. Stepless desired setting and independent fixation of the upper part are done through a button-lock.

Protective caps on parts. Caps made of impact-resistant polyamide, which are placed on parts, block the direct contact between the part and the guiding rail if the full clamping surface is used. Using TK6 table clamps, body clamps easily attach parts.
