Frame Clamp Bessey REVO KR60-2K, clamping width 600 mm

The frame clamp KR ensures clamping parallelism and is ideally suited for sensitive parts and right angles. With the REVO Original BESSEY frame clamp, it is easy to clamp and spread sensitive surfaces, straight angles, round and sharp details. Most importantly: due to the large contact area, the frame clamp can be used anywhere, including at the end and front of guides. The clamp allows clamping even the parts that are inaccessible to standard clamps. Clamping force up to 7000N. The clamp has very large, parallel clamping surfaces and protective caps, which protect the easily damaged surfaces. Also, the clamp has a high-quality two-component plastic handle. The clamp can be converted into a spreading mechanism without using tools.

Main advantages:

Parallel clamping surfaces with protective caps. Very large, flat clamping surfaces made of impact and fracture-resistant polyamide are arranged completely parallel. Suitable for various shapes fixation - around the guide rail and without errors. Three removable protective caps are resistant to glues, paints, and fat solvents.

Moving top part. Stepless, desired setting and independent locking of the top part is done via a button-lock.

Protective tips on details. Tips made of impact-resistant polyamide, which are put on the details, block the direct contact of the detail and the guide rail, if the full clamping surface is used. Using TK6 table clamps, frame clamps easily secure the parts.
