SPARTUS® ProMIG 535 DP is a high-class, modern inverter welding machine, made using advanced PWM technology and professional IGBT transistors. It allows welding in MIG / TIG DC and MMA modes up to 500A current. It is powered from a three-phase 400 V network. The device offers wide possibilities for various metal joining methods.

MIG welding

In synergic MIG/MAG mode, the system allows selecting these programs: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brazing. The device also operates in manual mode.

The semi-automatic welding machine has several functions supporting the MIG welding process:

• 1P (Pulse) – MIG/MAG welding with pulsation
• 2P (Dual Pulse) – welding with double pulse – MIG welding with TIG welding quality
• JOB mode – ability to save 10 preset programs
• 2T/4T / s4T / SPOT operation modes

• Gas flow time adjustment before and after welding

A separate high-class four-roller feeder ensures stable wire feed. An additional advantage is the ability to weld with a Spool Gun.

TIG Lift welding

The ProMIG 535DP semi-automatic also allows performing TIG Lift welding with the option to choose 2T/4T operation modes and set the Down Slope function.

MMA welding

The metal joining process with this method is further supported by Arc Force and Hot Start functions.
