Ilmenite electrodes Hitachi NSSW G-200 are designed for medium-hardness steel. They exhibit excellent mechanical properties, are resistant to cracking and X-ray radiation. The electrodes are easy to use due to the soft arc and stable slag flow. They are widely used in the industry for all kinds of work.
Usage recommendations:
- If the electrodes get wet, they need to be dried at a temperature of 70°-120°C for 60 minutes before use.
- The joints of the surfaces to be welded must be thoroughly cleaned of rust, moisture, and oil to prevent the formation of bubbles and voids later.
