The compact SPARTUS Easy 100CL Pulse pulsed laser cleaning device is designed in an ergonomic backpack. It is a modern solution for precise surface cleaning in any working environment. SPARTUS Easy 100CL Pulse uses 100W pulsed fiber laser technology that effectively removes contaminants without damaging the base material. Precisely controlled energy pulses allow safe and thorough cleaning of surfaces, including paint and varnish coatings, oxides and corrosion-causing deposits, greases, and process contaminants.

Laser cleaning is a non-contact process, so no consumables are required and the risk of damaging the cleaned surface is reduced.

SPARTUS Easy 100CL Pulse is an ergonomic backpack that allows comfortable movement with the device. The integrated battery enables use without a constant power connection, which significantly increases freedom of operation outdoors, on steel structures, or during maintenance work.

In addition to the built-in control panel, the backpack includes a wireless remote control with a touchscreen that allows quick and convenient configuration of all operating parameters. This enables the operator to easily adjust cleaning settings without requiring direct access to the main unit. The control panel allows you to:

• select one of nine scanning modes,
• adjust power, frequency, and pulse width,
• set scanning speed and range,
• save and restore individual work profiles.

The interface is available in multiple languages, and built-in safety features–a safety key and an emergency button–ensure safe operation of the device.

SPARTUS Easy 100CL Pulse offers nine laser beam scanning modes, allowing the cleaning method to be precisely matched to the surface and type of contamination. Users can choose from linear, rectangular, circular, spiral, sinusoidal, ring, and rotating modes, as well as two rectangular modes with different fill directions. Each mode generates a different laser beam movement pattern, enabling the most accurate cleaning possible.

Using the appropriate mode increases process efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and achieves optimal visual results without damaging the base surface.

The device features a compact and lightweight cleaning head designed for maximum convenience. The ergonomic handle and well-balanced design allow precise targeting of the laser beam even during extended cleaning. The integrated optical system ensures stable operation and uniform distribution of laser energy over the cleaned surface. Thanks to its small size, it is ideal for cleaning hard-to-reach areas, structural parts, and elements with complex geometry.
