Synergic welding machine DIGIMIG 210 LCD DOUBLE PULSE is designed for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for brazing thin galvanized sheets. The device allows welding using MMA, TIG Lift and MIG methods. The MIG method can be used in manual mode and with synergic programs. Polarity reversal is possible. Using pulse or double pulse allows you to achieve better welding quality, high aesthetics and very high efficiency.

The improved synergic settings for carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium as well as copper alloys make it suitable for less experienced users and hobbyists. The device has last-setting memory, i.e., after switching it off and on again, the last set parameters are restored. The Fan Stop function switches off the fan at low welder load, significantly reducing the noise level.

During MMA welding, you can adjust the HOT START and ARC FORCE functions and switch VRD on:

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. This function applies a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, making arc ignition easier.
• ARC FORCE - maintaining a stable welding arc. This function is needed to prevent electrode “sticking” and to increase arc stability – at the moment a droplet of electrode metal detaches, the current automatically increases to an optimal value, which helps prevent the electrode from sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working on critical structures and when using electrodes with basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reduction of open-circuit voltage to a safe level to provide protection against electric shock. This function meets regional guidelines and safety standard requirements worldwide.
