The synergic welding machine DIGIMIG 210 LCD DOUBLE PULSE is intended for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for brazing thin galvanized sheets. The device allows welding with MMA, TIG Lift, and MIG methods. The MIG method can be used in manual mode and using synergic programs. Polarity changing is possible. The use of pulse or double pulse allows achieving better welding quality, high aesthetics, and very high efficiency.
The welding machine uses improved synergic settings for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys which allows it to be used by less experienced individuals and hobbyists. The device has a last setting memory, i.e., turning it off and back on restores the last set parameters. The Fan Stop function turns off the fans when the welding machine has a low load, significantly reducing the noise level.
During MMA welding, you can adjust the HOT START and ARC FORCE functions and turn off VRD:
- HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. This function starts a current pulse when the electrode touches the workpiece, making it easier to ignite the arc.
- ARC FORCE - maintains a stable welding arc. This function prevents electrode "sticking" and increases arc burning stability - when the electrode gap changes, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, preventing electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important when working with critical structures and using electrodes with basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
- VRD - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock. This function complies with regional directives and safety standards worldwide.
