Sherman MMA 220C Welding Machine, 200A, 230V

The MMA 220C welding machine from Sherman-workshop is an inverter device made using IGBT technology. It is designed for MMA welding, but also allows TIG welding (using an additional torch). The welding machine has a welding current display screen, an automatic Anti Stick function, which protects the device from damage, an adjustable Hot Start function for easier arc ignition, and Arc Force for regulating arc dynamics.

Features of the MMA 220C welding machine:

• ANTISTICKING - a system that prevents electrode sticking. With this system, the electrode does not stick or get hot, unlike with traditional devices.
• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. The HOT START function provides an impulse of current at the moment the electrode contacts the workpiece, making arc ignition easier.
• ARC FORCE - maintains a stable welding arc. The ARC FORCE function is needed to prevent electrode sticking and increase arc burning stability – when the electrode's distance from the metal increases, the current automatically rises to the optimal level, preventing electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important when working with critical structures and using electrodes with a basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coating.
