The inverter welding machine DIGIARC 200 PULSE is made using IGBT technology and is used for welding steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals using the MMA method. The welding machine features a welding current pulse, which allows for high-quality welding joints, especially when welding stainless steel. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, regardless of the coating type, thanks to the no-load voltage adjustment function.

The welding machine has HOT START, ANTI STICK, ARC FORCE functions, and the VRD function with the option to disable it. Using an additional torch, TIG Lift welding is possible.

The welding machine DIGIARC 200 PULSE is intended for indoor use or under a roof, where it is not exposed to direct environmental conditions.

• ANTISTICK - a system that prevents electrode sticking. The electrode does not stick or heat up, unlike with traditional devices.
• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. The HOT START function delivers a pulse of current at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, simplifying arc ignition.
• ARC FORCE - maintaining a stable welding arc. The ARC FORCE function is essential to prevent electrode sticking and to enhance arc stability – when the electrode detaches from the molten metal, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which helps prevent electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is crucial for working with critical structures and using electrodes with basic, cellulosic, rutile, and ilmenite coatings.
• VRD - reduction of no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection from electric shock (MMA). This function complies with global regional directives and safety standard requirements.
