Sherman DIGIMIG 200GD Semi-automatic Welding Machine, 200A, 230V

The Sherman DIGIMIG200GD semi-automatic welding machine is made using IGBT transistors. The device can operate in MIG/MAG, MMA (classic electrode welding), and TIG Lift modes. During MIG welding, it is possible to change polarity to work with flux-cored wire (FLUX).

Description of the DIGIMIG 200GD welding machine buttons:

A. In MMA mode, set to 108A and press the "C" button for 3 seconds to turn VRD mode on or off.

B. Saving settings: in any of the modes, press the "B" button and hold for 3 seconds. The mode number P01, P02, P03... will be displayed on screen "H". Choose the mode by turning the regulator "E" and press "B" to save.

Mode selection: Press "B" to choose the mode MIG/TIG LIFT/MMA.

C. 2T/4T: In MIG welding mode, press "C" to switch between 2T and 4T.

Selection of saved settings: in any of the modes, press the "C" button and hold for 3 seconds. The mode number P01, P02, P03... will be displayed on screen "H". Choose the mode by turning the regulator "E" and press "C" to save.

D. SPOOL-GUN: In MIG welding mode, press "D" to start working with the Spool-Gun torch.

E. The knob "E" adjusts the welding current in MMA and TIG Lift modes, welding voltage in MIG welding mode or allows selecting parameters, by pressing the menu button "F".

F. Press "F" to select additional welding parameters.

In MIG mode: VOL (from -20% to +20% - welding voltage error). IND (from -10% to +10% - welding arc inductance). -d (choice of welding wire diameter - 0.6mm, 0.8mm, or 1.0mm)

In MMA mode: ARC (ARC FORCE from 20% to 100% efficiency)

G. The display "G" in MMA and TIG Lift modes shows the welding current. In MIG mode, it shows the wire feed speed.

H. The display "H" shows the welding voltage in MIG mode.
