The Powermat PM-IMGTS-210S SYNERGY semi-automatic welder has a very wide range of applications. It allows efficient welding of various types of material groups in various material thicknesses. The welding machine is made using IGBT transistor technology, which ensures lower electricity consumption, higher resistance to interference and voltage drops, and good arc characteristics. Thanks to IGBT technology, the unit is lighter and more economical, and its efficiency reaches as much as 60%. The control panel is easy to operate and the operator has quick access to all functions. The unit features a synergic welding function, which makes it possible to achieve the highest-quality weld when welding all weldable materials – especially stainless steel and aluminium.

Built-in automatic functions make your work easier:

• HOT START allows temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. The HOT START function works when the arc ignites and is intended to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is excellent assistance when striking the electrode.
• ANTI STICK function, which prevents the electrode from sticking.
• ARC FORCE maintains a stable welding arc. The ARC FORCE function is needed to prevent electrode “sticking” and to increase arc stability – at the moment when a droplet of electrode metal detaches, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, helping to avoid the electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working with critical structures and when using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.

• Inductance adjustment makes it possible to reduce the amount of heat entering the weld area. This helps prevent sheet deformation and damage to the protective zinc layer. This option is useful when welding thin materials.

• Wire and material type selection
• VRD function - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock. This function complies with regional guidelines and safety standards requirements worldwide.
