The lifting magnet is used for lifting and transporting loads. It is ideal for loads made of iron and steel, such as sheet metal, construction elements, weights, or rebar. This lifter is intended for use in metallurgy, electromechanics, fuel and energy industries, shipyards, automobile workshops, metal scrap yards, construction sites, and for loading and unloading various elements.

The magnetic lifting force is 800 kg. This loading capacity is provided by a strong neodymium magnet. This magnet has a very high breakaway load - up to 2400 kg, making the work with it really safe. NOTE! Do not exceed the maximum allowable weight during operation.

A special lever is used to release and lock the magnet, which is very easy to operate. By placing the magnet on the load, all you need to do is tilt the manual lever to activate the magnetic field. At the end of the work, the device is turned off using the same lever.

The lifting magnet is extremely versatile - it can be used with any ferromagnetic material. Due to this feature, it is suitable, for example, to separate iron from other recycling industry materials. The device does not require any energy source and can be easily transported from one place to another. The lifting magnet is highly functional and practical, it has an ergonomic design, a comparatively small weight, it is quickly assembled and can work with round and cylindrical objects. Special work safety is ensured by a high breakaway load and a specially designed mechanism that does not allow the control lever to be released accidentally. Using the magnetic gripper, you won’t damage the transported materials. This type of lifter transports loads using only a magnetic field, therefore there is no need to worry about material compression deformation.
