Lifting Magnet SBS-ML 500 - 500 kg

The lifting magnet is used for lifting and transporting cargo. It is ideal for cargoes made of iron and steel, such as sheet metal, construction elements, weights, or rebar. This lifter is suited for work in the metallurgy, electromechanics, fuel, and energy industries, shipyards, car workshops, scrap metal yards, construction sites, and for loading and unloading various elements.

The magnetic lifting force is 500 kg. This loading capacity is ensured by a strong neodymium magnet. This magnet has a very high breaking load - up to 1500 kg, hence the work with it is truly safe. NOTE! Do not exceed the maximum allowed weight during operation.

A special lever, which is very easy to operate, is used to engage and lock the magnet. By placing the magnet on the cargo, all you need to do is tilt the manual lever to activate the magnetic field. After the work, the device is deactivated using the same lever.

The cargo lifting magnet is extremely versatile - it can be used with any ferromagnetic material. Because of this feature, it is suitable, for example, to separate iron from other recycling industry materials. The device does not require any power source and can be easily transported from one place to another. The lifting magnet is very functional and practical, it has an ergonomic design, relatively light weight, it is quickly assembled, and can work with round and cylindrical objects. High work safety is ensured by a high breaking load and a specially designed mechanism that prevents the release of the control lever.
