The Lifting Magnet is used for lifting and transporting cargoes. It is ideally suited for cargoes made from iron and steel, such as sheet metal, construction elements, weights, or rebar. This lifter is designed for use in metallurgy, electromechanics, fuel and energy industries, shipyards, auto repair shops, metal scrap yards, construction sites, and for loading and unloading various elements.

The magnet's lifting force is 1000 kg. This loading capacity is ensured by a strong neodymium magnet. This magnet has a very high breakaway load - up to 3000 kg, making its use truly safe. NOTE! Do not exceed the maximum allowed weight during operation.

A special lever, which is very easy to control, is used to release and lock the magnet. After placing the magnet on the cargo, all you need to do is tilt the manual lever to activate the magnetic field. At the end of work, the device is turned off using the same lever.

The cargo lifting magnet is extremely versatile - it can be used with any ferromagnetic material. This feature makes it suitable, for example, to separate iron from other recycling industry materials. The device does not require any energy source and can be easily transported from one place to another. The lifting magnet is very functional and practical, it has an ergonomic design, comparatively low weight, it is quickly assembled and can work with round and cylindrical objects. Exceptional work safety is guaranteed by the high breakaway load and a specially designed mechanism that prevents the control lever from being released unintentionally. Using the magnetic gripper, you will not damage the transported material. This type of lift transports cargos using only the magnetic field, thus there is no need to worry about material deformation.
