The lifting magnet is used for lifting and transporting payloads. It's perfectly suited for items made of iron and steel, such as sheet metal, construction elements, weights, or rebar. The magnetic lifting force is 3000 kg. This loading capacity is provided by a very strong neodymium magnet. This magnet has a very high breakaway load of 9000 kg, making working with it truly safe. NOTE! Do not exceed the maximum allowable weight during operation.

A special lever is used to release and lock the magnet. By placing the magnet on the payload, all you need to do is tilt the manual lever to activate the magnetic field. When finished, the device is turned off using the same lever.

The lifting magnet is extremely versatile - it can be used with any ferromagnetic material. Due to this feature, it is suitable, for example, for separating iron from other recycling industry materials. The equipment does not require any power source and can be easily transported from one place to another. The lifting magnet is highly functional and practical, it has an ergonomic design, comparatively low weight, it is quickly assembled and can work with round and cylindrical objects. Special safety during operations is ensured by a high breakaway load and a specially designed mechanism that prevents the control lever from being released. Using a magnetic gripper, you will not damage the transported material. This type of crane transports payloads using only the magnetic field, so there's no worry about material deformation.
