The SPARTUS® Easy 3000 laser welding machine ensures unmatched weld quality. This device surpasses traditional welding methods such as MIG or TIG because it offers exceptional precision. The laser allows obtaining much smaller micro-size welds, which in turn reduces the thermal impact zone around the weld. Therefore, laser welding is an excellent choice for joining even very small details, which are difficult to join with other welding methods.

The device has a Spartus F230 laser head, which allows adjusting the focus distance. In addition, it features a welding wire feeding mechanism. The head is ergonomic and easy to use, ensuring precise and comfortable work for the operator. The head can also be replaced with an F210.

The SPARTUS® Easy 3000 is used not only for welding but also for cutting and cleaning various materials. Laser cutting allows precisely separating materials, creating accurate and clean edges without mechanical processing. The cutting function as an additional option of the device allows cutting stainless steel up to 2 mm and carbon steel up to 1.5 mm. Copper and aluminum are highly reflective materials and should not be cut with a laser.

Laser cleaning is an efficient way to remove impurities, layers of paint, or rust from material surfaces while maintaining their surface integrity and quality. Thanks to the application of these laser technologies, we achieve exceptional efficiency in processing materials with minimal impact on their structure.

Wire feeding mechanism

The wire feeder of the SPARTUS® Easy 3000 laser welding machine is a device that precisely delivers welding material to the welding spot. This is important for controlling welding parameters, improving the quality of the welds, and increasing the efficiency of the process. It automates wire feeding, allowing the operator to focus on supervising the welding process. Thus, the wire feeder is an important tool in laser welding, especially in industrial production.
