SPARTUS® Easy 2000 is not only used for welding but also for cutting and cleaning various materials. Laser cutting allows for precise material separation, creating accurate and clean edges without mechanical processing. This device is ideally suited for cutting stainless and carbon steel. Copper and aluminum are highly reflective materials and should not be cut with a laser.

Laser cleaning is an efficient way to remove impurities, layers of paint or rust from material surfaces, maintaining their integrity and quality. Thanks to these laser technology applications, we achieve exceptional efficiency in material processing with minimal impact on their structure.

The laser welding machine is equipped with an F280 laser head, ensuring accuracy and reliability. The head is equipped with an advanced real-time temperature monitoring system. In case of overheating, a red warning light flashes, while a constantly lit light indicates other types of signals, ensuring full control over the device's operation. An independent button for changing the operating mode allows for quickly switching between programmed processes. The digital controller guarantees high resistance to interference and stable and reliable operation under any conditions. Due to the improved optical design, the head ensures high welding quality, minimal distortion, and deep penetration, resulting in excellent welding results.
