This new-generation Evolve series inverter welding power source is designed for professionals and demanding users. It is a multifunctional (MIG/MAG, TIG Lift, MMA), digitalized and highly precise machine, featuring stable arc performance, smart synergic programs, and high energy efficiency.

JASIC MIG 200 PLUS EVOLVE N2D2 is designed for professionals looking for a reliable, mobile, and versatile machine for light industry, service workshops, or individual fabrication tasks. It is ideal for welding carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys. This single unit is sufficient for MIG/MAG (with shielding gas or self-shielded wire), LIFT TIG, and manual arc (MMA) welding with coated electrodes.

This MIG welder is intended for use in auto service centers and body repair, metal structure fabrication, agricultural and maintenance work, and mobile workshops.

Evolve is a new JASIC product series featuring fully digital control, Internet of Things (IoT) technology, and cloud computing services.

Advanced DSP microprocessor and digital interface (HMI)

ARM Cortex-M4 with (FPU) is ideally suited for precise pulse control due to efficient signal processing. It supports advanced welding algorithms, improving the overall welding quality of the EVOLVE200+.

The EVOLVE digital interface ensures a smooth, intuitive user experience, regardless of the welder’s distance from the power source.

OTA (over-the-air) software update

Users can receive instant notifications on the EVOLVE200+ when a new software version becomes available. Once confirmed by the user, the device will automatically download the updated software and perform the update process. Note: the device software can also be updated to an older version.

Fully synergic, controlled by „JTECloud“

EVOLVE200+ features 19 integrated synergic programs covering MMA, TIG, MIG/MAG, pulsed MIG, and double pulsed MIG. On the JTECloud platform, users can access an ever-expanding library of synergic programs. Users can download these cloud-based synergic programs to the EVOLVE200+ when the unit is connected to JTECloud.

Inverter frequency modulation

This function increases the EVOLVE200+ energy efficiency by adjusting the inverter switching frequency (26K–40K) according to output power. High frequency at low current settings improves arc control, while low frequency at high current reduces energy losses and heat.

Glick function

The Trim function allows users to adjust the output current during welding in 4T MIG/TIG mode by pressing the torch trigger. This enables more precise heat control and more flexible weld bead formation.

Double pulse MIG welding

During double pulse MIG welding, two current pulses are used per cycle. This mixes the weld pool more effectively than a single pulse, resulting in a finer grain structure, better weld quality, and lower heat input.
