EasyMIG 207 DUAL PULSE welding machine, 200A, 230V

The SPARTUS® EasyMIG 207DP is a semi-automatic welding machine made with IGBT transistor technology. It allows the use of synergic MIG/MAG welding with dual pulsation, synergic MIG/MAG welding with pulsation, MIG/MAG welding in synergic mode, TIG Lift welding, and MMA welding with coated electrodes. The maximum welding current for all modes is 200 A. The device is powered by a single-phase 230V network.

EasyMIG 207DP features a two-roller wire feeder, allowing work with 0.6–1.2 mm wire. Its synergic programs make the device extremely easy to use. Simply set the type of welding material, wire diameter, and gas, and the welding machine will automatically adjust the parameters. If necessary, the user can manually adjust the settings.

A main advantage of the device is the pulsed current (with single or double pulse). Using double pulsation with the MIG/MAG method allows for a quality and aesthetic welding seam, similar to the TIG method. Adjustment of pulse frequency and amplitude allows tailoring the welding process to various needs.

The advantages of using double pulsation with the MIG/MAG method are:

• enhanced welding aesthetics (fish scale effect),
• greater welding efficiency compared to the TIG method,
• less thermal deformation compared to the TIG method,
• easier aluminum welding, requiring less operator efforts compared to the TIG method.

Moreover, EasyMIG 207DP has many other useful features:

• 2T/4T mode, allowing to choose between two micro-switch modes,
• welding inductance (Inductance) adjustment, allowing to manage welding arc width and penetration depth (MIG/MAG), and to reduce welding spatter,
• spot welding mode,
• Hot Start, which facilitates electrode (MMA) ignition.
• voltage compensation – the device can still operate normally with power supply voltage fluctuations ±15% of nominal voltage,
• The welding machine is equipped with a modern LCD screen that allows for easy and quick setting of welding parameters and control of device functions.
