SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is a modern inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for users who need high performance, a stable arc, and consistent results in daily workshop and industrial work. A three-phase 400 V power supply, a maximum 300 A welding current, and a 60% duty cycle provide enough power for demanding fabrication, assembly, and service tasks.
The unit supports MIG/MAG processes in manual and synergic modes, as well as TIG Lift and MMA. This makes the XPro MIG 300 a versatile welding center.
MIG/MAG welding – efficiency, stability, and arc control
The main application of the SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is the MIG/MAG process. Users can work in manual mode, which offers full freedom of settings, or use synergic programs that significantly speed up machine setup.
Synergy makes it quicker to select parameters for material, wire diameter, and shielding gas, reducing the risk of incorrect settings. This is especially important in workshop and production environments where not only weld quality matters, but also setup time and consistent results.
The machine offers advanced torch operating modes: 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T and SPOT. Classic 2T and 4T modes make it easy to adapt for short or long welds, while extended S2T and S4T modes allow control of process start and finish. This enables the operator to precisely control arc ignition, starting current, final parameters, and arc termination.
SPOT mode enables repeatable spot welds, increasing accuracy on workpieces that require controlled welding time. Inductance control allows the arc to be tailored to the material and welding position – from a softer arc to a more dynamic and more focused one. This means better penetration control, higher process stability, and reduced spatter.
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 gives the user comprehensive control of the welding process. In the settings menu you can adjust gas flow pre- and post-weld, soft start, arc start and end parameters, and more.
The Slow Feed function ensures controlled, slow wire feeding during start-up, making it easier to ignite a stable arc and reducing the risk of process interruptions. Burn Back helps stop wire feeding correctly, reducing the risk of the wire sticking to the weld pool or the contact tip. These functions significantly improve working comfort and welding quality.
Synergic programs for the XPro MIG 300 welder
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 offers synergy programs for the most commonly used materials. The unit allows work with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and self-shielded wire. Synergy enables the operator to start welding faster and then adjust parameters according to experience and the requirements of a specific joint. This combines automatic settings with the ability to make informed process adjustments.

Integrated 4-roll wire feed mechanism
Stable wire feeding is crucial for high-quality MIG/MAG welding. The SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 has a built-in four-roll wire feeder that ensures smooth and consistent material feed.
The feeder is inside the housing and has a convenient viewing window and internal lighting, making it easy to check the spool, wire guide, and roll alignment. This is especially useful when changing wire, working in poorly lit areas, or performing a quick check before welding. In addition, the storage space for spare rolls in the feeder provides convenient access to frequently used accessories without requiring extra workspace.
The machine also supports connecting a Spool Gun-type torch, which expands capabilities for working with soft wires, especially aluminum. This solution improves feed stability and reduces issues caused by long wire paths.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 features high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), ensuring stable, interference-free operation in demanding industrial environments. The unit is designed not to interfere with other equipment and control systems while maintaining resistance to external interference. This ensures reliable operation in environments where automation, robots, and modern production facilities are used.
20 memory channels – repeatability without losing time
The unit offers 20 memory channels that allow you to save your welding parameter settings. This greatly simplifies work with repetitive workpieces, different materials, or recurring production tasks. The operator can save proven configurations and return to them quickly without having to reset all parameters from scratch. The result is shorter setup time, lower risk of errors, and improved process repeatability.
TIG Lift and MMA – versatility in one unit
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is not limited to MIG/MAG welding only. TIG Lift mode enables precise DC TIG welding with touch ignition, without using high frequency (HF). This is a practical solution for jobs that require greater control and aesthetics.
In MMA mode, the unit offers up to 250 A welding current and Hot Start, Arc Force, and VRD functions. Hot Start makes electrode ignition easier, Arc Force stabilizes the arc during welding, and VRD increases work safety by reducing open-circuit voltage. In addition, the unit offers constant-current MMA and constant-power modes, allowing better adaptation of operating characteristics to conditions and operator preferences.
Easy operation and clear LCD panel
A modern control panel with a clear LCD display provides quick access to the most important functions and parameters. The interface helps the user select the process, material, wire diameter, and additional settings, making operation intuitive even with the machine’s broad capabilities. During welding, the main operating parameters are displayed on the screen, allowing continuous monitoring of the process and quick response to specific job requirements.
Wider operating range, fewer limitations
A well-thought-out cable configuration – a 3-meter welding gun, ground cable, and power cable – provides real freedom of movement with large components and reduces the need for frequent relocation. The 3-meter gas hose with a quick-connect fitting speeds up connection and simplifies workplace organization, increasing work efficiency.
Stable trolley and convenient design
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is mounted on a stable transport trolley with space for a gas cylinder. This design makes it easier to organize the workplace, move the unit, and work in various areas of a workshop or production hall.
The IP23S protection class increases the unit’s resistance to demanding operating conditions, while the robust housing and well-considered component layout allow the XPro MIG 300 to be used intensively every day.
An additional advantage of the unit is the smart cooling control system (Fan Stop), which turns on the fan only when needed. This means quieter operation, less dust intake, and longer component life.
Technology designed for efficient, repeatable work
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is a semi-automatic welding machine for users who need efficiency, stability, and real process control. It combines 300 A power, a 60% duty cycle, synergy, extensive MIG/MAG settings, a 4-roll feeder, and program memory in one portable unit.
