SPARTUS kit - Multi Pro 200 4in1 combined welding machine, 200A, 230V

SPARTUS® Multi Pro 200 4in1 is a top-quality welding machine built on PWM and IGBT technologies. It allows welding using MIG, TIG AC, TIG DC, and MMA processes, with current up to 200A. The device is powered from a single-phase 230V supply. The welding machine offers a wide range of capabilities for the mentioned metal welding methods.

MIG welding

Multi Pro 200 4in1 features a synergic system with the ability to select the following programs: steel welding, stainless steel welding, aluminum welding, self-shielded wire welding, and brazing. The parameters of all programs can be adjusted manually. During adjustment, the machine indicates the material thickness and wire feed speed. The unit also operates in manual mode.

The welding machine has the following functions supporting the welding process in MIG mode:

• 2T / 4T operating mode
• Burn Back
• Slow Feed (slow feed)
• pre-gas and post-gas
• inductance adjustment

A high-class two-roller wire feed mechanism ensures stable wire feeding. A very important advantage of this welding machine is the ability to connect a Spool Gun type torch.

TIG welding

Thanks to the latest technologies, the Multi Pro 200 4in1 enables advanced TIG AC and TIG DC welding with HF or Lift ignition. In addition, the device has a pulse welding function, making it perfect for welding very thin sheets and aluminum.

Functions used during TIG welding:

• selection of AC waveform: square, sinusoidal, triangular
• 2T / 4T operating modes - it is possible to adjust balance, current frequency, pulse frequency, pulse width, and pulse current
• adjustment of current upslope and downslope times
• spot welding (SPOT)

MMA welding

Multi Pro 200 4in1 has full MMA AC and MMA DC welding capabilities. During MMA welding, Arc Force and Hot Start functions can be adjusted.

Hot Start facilitates arc ignition. This function applies a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, making it easier to strike the arc.

Arc Force is used to maintain a stable welding arc. The Arc Force function is needed to prevent electrode “sticking” and to increase arc stability – at the moment a droplet of electrode metal detaches, the current automatically increases to an optimal value, helping to prevent the electrode from sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working on critical structures and when using electrodes with basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
