Simplex soft-face mallet with soft inserts, cast iron housing and high-quality wooden handle, TPE-soft / Superplastic

Simplex mallet series 3017 with a combination of inserts: soft elastomer and superplastic. The blue soft elastomer insert (Series 3201) is the softest insert in the SIMPLEX range, featuring strong impact cushioning for applications requiring a gentle touch. Unlike traditional rubber mallets, it does not leave any unwanted marks. The superplastic insert (Series 3207) delivers higher impact force than a rubber insert. This is a medium-hard plastic insert made from extruded, highly homogeneous material. Compared with plastic inserts produced by molding, it is significantly more durable and longer-lasting.

The housing is made of cast iron and features an integrated handle-protecting sleeve, ensuring high break resistance.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made of high-quality wood. It effectively dampens vibration and is coated with a double layer of varnish in the grip area, making it resistant to dirt.

Following the intelligent SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and can be modified. This saves not only storage space but also money.
