Simplex mallet with soft inserts, aluminium housing and high-quality wooden handle, TPE-soft / superplastic

Simplex mallet series 3117 with an insert combination: TPE-soft elastomer and superplastic. The blue, soft TPE-soft insert (series 3201) is the softest insert in the SIMPLEX range, featuring strong impact cushioning and intended for jobs that require a light touch. Unlike traditional rubber mallets, it leaves no unwanted marks. The superplastic insert (series 3207) delivers higher impact force than a rubber insert. It is a medium-hard plastic insert made from an extruded, highly homogeneous material. Compared to plastic inserts produced by molding, it is far more durable and long-lasting.

The ultra-light aluminium housing with integrated handle protection allows the user to easily apply and control the right impact force. This makes it very easy to work with easily breakable materials.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made of high-quality wood. It dampens vibration and is coated with a double layer of lacquer, ensuring resistance to dirt.

According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all mallet components are replaceable.
