SIMPLEX mallet with soft inserts, cast iron housing and high-quality wooden handle, rubber composite with “Stand-Up” function / Superplastic

The mallet has two inserts: composite rubber with the "Stand-Up" function and superplastic. Thanks to its special shape, the rubber insert with the „Stand-Up“ function (3202.2) allows the mallet to stand firmly on the floor, reducing the need to bend down, making work much more ergonomic and comfortable. The rubber insert features low wear, is odorless, and lasts significantly longer than traditional rubber mallets. The superplastic insert (3207 series) provides higher impact force than the rubber insert. It is a medium-hard plastic insert made from an extruded and highly homogeneous material. Compared to plastic inserts manufactured by molding, it is much more durable and longer-lasting.

The housing is made of cast iron and has an integrated handle protective sleeve, ensuring high resistance to breakage.

The ergonomically shaped handle is made from high-quality wood. It dampens vibration and is coated with a double layer of varnish, ensuring resistance to dirt.

According to the intelligent SIMPLEX principle, all mallet components are replaceable.
