DIGITIG 325GD AC/DC MIX digital welding machine is a modern device designed for professional use. It employs IGBT technology and is digitally controlled using a microcontroller (MCU). The welding machine is intended for hand welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using both direct and alternating current. Moreover, this welding machine offers an innovative mixed current (MIX) welding option, combining direct (DC) and alternating (AC) currents, which significantly enhances its versatility and allows for exceptional welding quality in challenging areas. The machine includes an MMA welding option.

The welding machine enables full digital regulation and control of welding parameters, including arc and pulse characteristics, as well as the selection of alternating current waveform. In the TIG process, the device offers both TIG Lift and TIG HF ignition. It features VRD, HOT START, and ARC FORCE functions, as well as two-step and four-step control and spot welding.

DIGITIG 325GD AC/DC MIX features a memory function that restores the last used settings when power is turned off and then back on. It can also save up to 10 sets of pulse and welding current settings. The fan stop function turns off the fans when the device is not fully loaded, which significantly improves work comfort. The welding torch is cooled by a specially designed efficient cooler. The heat exchanger, installed around the copper coil and stainless steel pump, significantly increases cooling efficiency and prolongs the device's service life. The whole device is mounted on a sturdy trolley with a practical shelf for accessories and tools, welding wire holders, and hooks for the torch and welding cables.
