SPARTUS® ProTIG 401PW AC/DC is a modern inverter welding machine. It allows for TIG AC/DC and MMA AC/DC welding up to 400A current. It is powered by a three-phase 400 V network.

Due to the use of modern solutions, ProTIG 401PW AC/DC enables advanced welding using TIG AC and TIG DC methods with a choice between HF or Lift arc ignition methods. Additionally, the device has a pulse welding function, making it perfectly suited for welding very thin metal sheets and aluminum.

ProTIG 401PW AC/DC has features that support the TIG welding process:

• Selection of AC waveform: square, sinusoidal, triangular
• 2T/4T operation mode
• Regulation of balance, current frequency, pulse frequency, pulse width, and pulse current
• Adjustment of current fall and rise time
• Spot welding

ProTIG 401PW AC/DC allows for MMA AC and MMA DC welding modes. MMA welding features include:

• Hot Start: facilitates the initial electrode ignition, which is particularly helpful in welding more complex materials, ensuring a smooth start and stable arc from the beginning.
• Arc Force: automatically adjusts welding arc intensity, making it easier to weld in difficult-to-reach areas. This provides better control of the welding process and reduces the risk of welding defects.

Additionally, the device has 10 memory channels. Users can easily save and recall their most frequently used settings.

ProTIG 401PW AC/DC includes an integrated liquid cooler, ensuring effective torch cooling when welding at high currents. The entire set is placed on a transport trolley, which has a space for a protective gas cylinder.
