MOST FANMIG J5 LCD is a modern semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG, MMA, or TIG DC (LiftArc) welding. The device can be used for welding steel or stainless steel in a protective gas environment. Main applications: crafts, car body repair, hobby, renovation, etc. The device is powered by a single-phase 230 V electric network.

The front panel has an LCD screen. Parameter values are set with a knob, which is pressed to confirm settings. There are two synergic programs for welding steel with 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm diameter wires in gas or CO2 environment, as well as a manual MANU MIG mode. Depending on the chosen wire diameter, the knob adjusts both the welding current and the wire feed speed. The device can also be used with 0.8–0.9 mm diameter FLUX cored wires, changing the polarity.

The wire feed unit allows welding with 1 kg or 5 kg rolls. Recommended steel wire diameters are 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm.

The device is protected against overheating by a fan and a thermal sensor. The device is manufactured according to EN 60974-1 standard.

The device is delivered in a cardboard box with an earthing cable, MMA electrode holder, and a gas nozzle. The wire feeder comes equipped with standard 0.8–1.0 mm diameter steel wire rolls.
