The JASIC EVO20 MIG200 PFC LCD N2S53 welding machine features a plethora of functions and advanced technologies, is easily operated, works smoothly and qualitatively. The machine supports three welding modes: DC MIG, DC MMA, and Lift TIG. It can be used to weld various metal materials.

In DC MIG mode, the machine can use the synergy function. In synergic MIG mode, the user can select settings based on the welding material, shielding gases, and wire diameter. Once these parameters are set, the machine automatically adjusts the appropriate synergic parameters library. Here, the user needs to set the welding current, and the machine automatically finds the corresponding welding voltage to ensure the best welding results. The synergy function can be turned off, and the wire feed speed and welding voltage can be adjusted as desired.

In MMA mode, the device has a VRD function, making the welding machine safer. Lift TIG supports torch control and allows for more efficient gas management and argon gas saving. The Lift TIG mode has a torch control function, which helps to efficiently manage gases and prevent argon wastage.

MIG/MAG – is welding using a gas mixture as shielding gas. This welding machine is designed for welding with 5-15kg wire spools and self-shielded wire, allowing you to perform welding tasks even in windy outdoor conditions.

The JASIC MIG 200 EVO20 welding machine can also weld with coated electrodes. You just need to acquire a holder with cable and J35-50 connector. You can weld steel or stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals using welding electrodes. This method is excellently suited for welding large structures both indoors and outdoors. (MMA welding accessories not included in the set).

The device is also perfect for TIG welding using "Lift TIG" arc ignition. Connect an optionally ordered TIG torch with integrated gas valve and regulator, as well as an argon gas cylinder with a reducer - and you're ready to start welding in TIG mode. The welding machine has a removable side plate, making the device easy to service, and a reinforced overall structure resistance to impacts. The color LCD control screen with an intuitive user interface and touch screen features an illuminated silicone turn-knob with a matte surface, a back button, and easy access to the user manual and spare parts list. The angled front grille ensures excellent heat dissipation efficiency and balance of protection efficiency (IP23S). The integrated handle simplifies the overall aesthetics of the power source and ensures a comfortable, firm grip even when the user is wearing gloves. The control panel is tilted at a 45-degree angle, providing a good balance of visibility and operation comfort. The control panel area is increased by 41%, compared to vertically arranged control panels. Remote control option is available.
