ESAB OK Tigrod 5183 1000mm 2.5 kg welding wire for aluminum and its alloys (TIG)

OK Tigrod 5183 was developed to provide the highest possible strength to alloy AA 5086 and similar high-manganese alloys immediately after welding. The more commonly encountered OK Tigrod 5356 wire often does not meet the post-weld tensile strength requirements of AA 5083. This alloy is typically used in marine and construction needs, where high strength, resistance to impact damage, and corrosion are important. This alloy is not recommended for use in areas subjected to higher temperatures, due to its tendency to crack due to stress corrosion. The alloy is not suitable for thermal treatment.
