ESAB OK Tigrod 316LSi – these are TIG welding rods, alloyed with chromium, nickel, molybdenum, resistant to corrosion, designed for welding austenitic stainless Cr-18%, Ni-8% and Cr-18%, Ni-10%, Mo-3% steels. ESAB OK Tigrod 316LSi is highly resistant to corrosion, including in marine and chlorinated environments. The alloy contains low carbon content, therefore it is recommended for use where there is a risk of intercrystalline corrosion. Increased silicon content improves welding properties and the fluidity of the welding pool.
