Clamp with High Clamping Force Bessey SG150M, max. clamping length 1500 mm

This high-efficiency clamp develops 20% more clamping force with a single turn of the screw. The special guiding profile provides the clamp with greater stability for faster and more reliable work. Moreover, the guiding profile's design and moving handle ensure better contact with the part under high clamping force.

Clamping force of 12000N with a tightening torque of 40Nm. Thanks to the optimized guiding profile, the tightening force increased by 20% per turn. The highest reliability is achieved through the lineal force delivery on the moving handle. A long service life is ensured by a special fire-resistant tightening plate with metal-ceramic inlays, which can bend up to 35°.

Main benefits:

• Highest stability. The optimal profile shape guarantees the development of higher clamping forces in a shorter time, with greater stability and reliability. The fixed handle and support plate are made from a solid enhanced steel billet, ensuring resistance to high loads and twisting.
• Forged moving handle. The U-shaped moving handle made of enhanced forged steel guarantees the highest reliability and withstands even the highest loads.
• Special moving support plate. The high-efficiency heat-resistant support plate with a large circular head inside bends up to 35° and can be replaced. It features an exceptionally long service life.
• Higher quality screw. The higher quality screw is stable and wear-resistant, significantly extending the service life.
