Clamp with high clamping force Bessey SG100M, max. clamping length 1000 mm

This high-efficiency clamp develops 20% greater clamping force with each turn of the screw. The special guide profile provides the clamp with increased stability for faster and more reliable work. In addition, the guide profile's shape and the moving handle ensure better contact with the detail at high clamping force.

The clamping force is 12000N with a tightening torque of 40Nm. Thanks to the optimized guide profile, the tightening force increases by 20% with each rotation. Maximum reliability is achieved through linear force transmission on the moving handle. Long service life is ensured by a special fire-resistant tightening plate with metal ceramic inserts, which bends up to 35°.

Main advantages:

• Highest stability. The optimal profile shape guarantees the development of greater clamping forces in a shorter time, with increased stability and reliability. The fixed handle and support plate are made of a solid enhanced steel billet, which ensures resistance to high loads and twisting.
• Forged moving handle. The U-shaped moving handle made of enhanced forged steel guarantees the highest reliability and withstands the highest loads.
• Special moving support plate. The high-efficiency fire-resistant support plate with a large spherical head inside bends up to 35° and can be replaced. It is characterized by an exceptionally long service life.
• Better quality screw. The better quality screw is stable and wear-resistant. This significantly extends the service life.
