The Bessey D29 shaped scissors are best suited for performing small, close-radius cuts near the edge of the metal sheet. Thanks to their filigree blade shapes, these scissors can easily cut very narrow shapes and curves. The scissors have comfortable ERGO handles. Right-handed scissors are designed and constructed in such a way that they cut right radii (i.e., a curve from left to right) well. It is often thought that right-handed scissors are for right-handed people and left-handed ones for left-handed people. But that is not the case. It is the opposite. If a right-handed person cuts a radius with right-handed scissors (e.g., above, from left to right), the movement will be directed outward from the wrist. And with left-handed scissors (radius from right to left) - towards the inside of the wrist. This is significantly more ergonomic.
