Welding shield SPARTUS® Master 230XT (true color filter) with helmet and adapter

The SPARTUS® Master 230XT automatic welding shield with helmet is designed to protect the welder's eyes and face from harmful radiation and welding splatter. It is perfect for MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA welding. It features a grinding function. The Master 230XT shield has an automatic filter with the highest optical class 1/1/1/1 and a large 100x65 mm viewing area. The reaction time (1/30,000 s) is guaranteed using 4 highly sensitive sensors, which is important for welding at low currents. The view through the viewing area is presented in true colors.

External controls allow easy setting of the filter parameters during work without removing the welding shield from the head. The control knob can set the darkening state (DIN 4-8 / DIN 9-13), sensitivity, delay, and switch the shield's working mode to grinding. Multi-step head size adjustment allows not only for a perfect fit but also to set the proper distance between the filter and the welder's eyes. The Master 230XT shield is a guarantee of comfortable and long work without fatigue.

In many cases, health and safety rules during work require the use of a hard hat or protective helmet to protect the operator's head from impacts. Using the Master 230XT welding shield together with a protective helmet, which are connected through a special adapter, ensures greater protection for the welder from the potential consequences of dangerous head injuries. A person who uses the shield with a protective helmet meets the strict health and safety requirements in the workplace.
