SPARTUS COBOT is a compact, 6 axis robot designed for the automation of industrial processes. It is perfectly suited for assembly work and precise technological tasks, including the automation of welding processes. The robot's low weight and the ability to mount it in any position allow easy integration of the robot into existing production stations.

SPARTUS MIGBOT is designed for MIG welding processes. It combines robotics technology with advanced MIG functions to ensure efficient, repeatable, and high-quality welding. The SPARTUS MIGBOT kit includes all necessary components: robotic arm, control station, cables, and emergency stop button. The device is ready for immediate setup and programming straight out of the box.

The robot features a remote control that allows convenient programming and control of robot movements. The control system allows quick learning of trajectories by manually controlling the arm and recording motion points and work sequences. Programmable buttons enable the marking of PTP and LIN points, management of input/output signals, and control of the work cycle, significantly shortening the programming implementation time, especially during testing, POC, and process modification stages.

SPARTUS MIGBOT is compatible with welding systems. It supports integration with arc sensors, welding tracking systems, and external controllers, which allows precise process control even with varying workpiece conditions. High motion repeatability (±0.02 mm) ensures stable welding quality and a real increase in production efficiency, while reducing operational costs.
