  • XenOptic VECTOR – the smart welding helmet for professionals

XenOptic Vector is not just another welding helmet. It is an advanced, ergonomic, smart work tool designed to meet the needs of today’s welders. Every detail has been thought through – from optical solutions and safety to comfort and precision – so you can work faster, safer, and more accurately.

This set is complemented with a high-quality leather neck attachment that helps protect the neck area even better from UV radiation, heat, and sparks. Soft, natural leather does not restrict movement and provides extra comfort during long working hours – especially valued when working in tight or challenging spaces. The additional head cover made of temperature-resistant textile fabric effectively blocks welding sparks and slag, and reduces reflections on the inside of the helmet – particularly important when working outdoors on a sunny day or indoors under strong artificial lighting.

The helmet’s main advantage is an extremely sensitive auto-darkening filter (ADF) that adapts in real time. Each user can choose to use automatic mode or classic manual control for sensitivity, shade level, and delay adjustment. Parameters can be precisely set according to working conditions.

Need a fixed shade because the job requires it? Choose Dark mode, which maintains a fixed shade level throughout work. Manual shade adjustment works in 0.5 DIN steps, allowing you to precisely match lens darkness to the situation. In Auto Shade mode, adjustments can be made within ±2 DIN with 0.1 DIN correction steps – enabling the welder to achieve unmatched visual comfort.

The ability to adjust the shade level allows the helmet to be adapted to a wide range of tasks. XenOptic VECTOR stands out because the shade level is adjusted not in 1, but in 0.5 DIN steps – this ensures greater comfort when setting the exact darkness level. Maximum shade DIN 14 is ideal for working with high currents or performing metal gouging (Gouging). Grinding mode allows the sensors to be switched off for work with angle grinders or other tools. The DIN 4–8 shade range is particularly convenient for plasma cutting and gas welding. In light mode, the helmet displays DIN 3 shade, ensuring excellent visibility while working.

XenOptic VECTOR with True Color technology lets you see the world almost as with the naked eye – without distorted colors or a blue haze. During welding, details and contours remain clear, and color rendering is natural and accurate.

TRS mode features a smooth transition from dark to light view – helping reduce eye strain, especially during long-term work. Meanwhile, Tack mode is perfect for spot welding – the helmet responds to frequent light flashes without interference or delays.

Memory function allows you to save up to 10 different work profiles – convenient when working with different technologies: TIG, MIG, cutting, or grinding. Quickly switch settings and continue working without interruptions.

The ergonomic headgear system distributes weight evenly, reducing pressure on the neck. The helmet design allows the use of respirators, and the absence of external controls ensures that nothing changes accidentally during work – especially important when working in areas with limited access.

The helmet has a wide viewing area (116×81 mm), top-class 1/1/1/1 optical rating, and a 4 + 1 ambient light sensor system – meaning maximum clarity, safety, and precision. The hybrid power source – solar cell + 2×CR2450 batteries – guarantees long-lasting operation even in the most demanding conditions (from -5°C to +55°C).
