Welding helmet with True Color XenOptic VECTOR, with wide viewing area and Auto Shade technology
Code: XV6001-
XenOptic VECTOR – the smart welding helmet for professionals
XenOptic Vector is not just another welding helmet. It is a smart, ergonomic and intelligent tool designed to meet the needs of modern welders. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered - from optical solutions and safety to comfort and precision, so that you can work faster, safer, and more accurately.
The helmet's main advantage is its highly sensitive automatic darkening filter (ADF), which adjusts in real-time. Each user can choose – to use automatic mode or the classic manual control for adjusting sensitivity, darkening level, and delay. Parameters can be accurately adjusted according to working conditions.
Looking for a fixed darkness because the job demands it? Choose Dark mode, which maintains a constant darkening level throughout the work. Manual darkness adjustment works in 0.5 DIN steps, allowing you to precisely adapt the light level to the situation. In Auto Shade mode, adjustments are possible within ±2 DIN with 0.1 DIN correction steps – this allows the welder to achieve unparalleled visual comfort.
The ability to adjust the darkening level makes the helmet adaptable for various jobs. XenOptic VECTOR stands out because the darkening level is adjusted not by 1, but by 0.5 DIN steps – this ensures greater comfort in setting the exact level of darkness. Maximum darkening DIN 14 is perfect for working with high currents or performing metal gouging work (Gouging). Grinding mode allows you to disable sensors for work with angle grinders or other tools. The darkening range DIN 4–8 is especially convenient for plasma cutting and gas welding. In light mode, the helmet displays a DIN 3 darkness, ensuring excellent visibility during work.
XenOptic VECTOR with True Color technology allows you to see the world almost as if with the naked eye – without distorted colors or blue haze. During welding, details and contours remain clear, and color reproduction is natural and accurate.
TRS mode features a smooth transition from dark to light view – this helps reduce eye fatigue, especially during long work hours. Meanwhile, Tack mode is perfect for spot welding – the helmet responds to frequent light flashes without interruptions or delays.
Memory function allows saving up to 10 different work profiles – convenient when working with different technologies: TIG, MIG, cutting, or grinding. Quickly switch settings and continue work without interruptions.
The ergonomic head mounting system evenly distributes weight, reducing pressure on the neck. The helmet design allows the use of respirators and attachment to a construction helmet, and the absence of external controls ensures that settings won’t accidentally change during work – especially relevant in areas with limited access.
The helmet has a wide viewing area (116×81 mm), the highest 1/1/1/1 optical class, and a 4 + 1 ambient light sensor system – this means maximum clarity, safety, and precision. The hybrid power source – solar cell + 2×CR2450 batteries – ensures long-lasting performance even under the most challenging conditions (from -5°C to +55°C).
