This stud welding machine is designed for quick welding of studs, bolts, pins, rivets, and other similar elements into metal surfaces. Welding is performed professionally and reliably.

Stud welding is carried out very quickly, the process only takes a few milliseconds, allowing for constant and uninterrupted work. It is possible to weld various materials: steel (including stainless), copper, aluminum, titanium, and brass. The device is ideal for assembly and metal fabrication works, such as with sheet metal, fences, insulation.

The main advantages of the stud welding machine are compatibility with many materials, durability, and strength. It works well with light materials and has minimal risk of distortion or color change, as the material is processed very quickly. The equipment does not need to use accessories or gases to operate.

A perpendicular and stable fastening of studs is achieved due to three studs at the end of the gun. The stud welding machine is suitable for M3, M4, M5, M6, and M8 studs, not longer than 40 mm. The equipment allows you to adjust the pressure to match the penetration depth. The fan efficiently cools the device.

By setting the required voltage, welding operations will be performed accurately even after many repetitions. The LED display shows the welding voltage and three status indicators: charging, ready for use, and welding.
