Spartus Ultra VX27 is a specialized shield for welding, cleaning, and laser cutting, designed with maximum user protection in mind. It not only has an auto-darkening filter to protect the eyes, but also a comprehensive facial protection system that effectively guards against laser radiation due to special coating. The active filter provides protection in the 1000–1100 nm wavelength range, with D LB7 + IR LB8, and the outer lens further supplements this protection in the 1000–1100 nm DIR LB8 class. The shield is intended for class 4 lasers and meets EN 207:2017 and EN ISO 16321 requirements. Together with the "Ultra X" airflow system, it creates complete protection for the eyes, face, and respiratory system, tailored for industrial work demands.

With a 1/1/1/2 optical class and a 1/25,000 second reaction time, the auto-darkening filter ensures excellent visibility and instantly turns dark upon detecting a flash. The darkening can be adjusted in two ranges: DIN 4–8 and DIN 8–12, allowing precise settings adjustments according to the intensity of the laser beam and the type of work being done. In standby mode, the filter remains exceptionally clear – DIN 2 ensures excellent environment and details visibility without removing the helmet, significantly simplifying job preparation and work between welding tasks.

The shield has three operating modes – GRIND (grinding), MIX (mixing), and DARK (darkening) – which allow easy customization for various tasks. MIX mode reduces eye strain during spot welding and high-power laser welding, smoothly transitioning between darkening phases. The user can also freely adjust the sensor sensitivity level and lightening delay to ensure maximum comfort and safety.

Spartus Ultra VX27 ensures not only safety but also comfort in daily work. Thanks to its lightweight design and full adjustability, the shield perfectly fits the user's head. Adjustable viewing angle, filter distance from the face, and stable mounting make the device ideal for long-term use.

The integrated "Ultra X PAPR" system efficiently cleans the air from dust and harmful aerosols, maintaining a constant flow of clean air in the breathing zone. The user can choose between two airflow speeds – standard 170 l/min and increased 210 l/min – allowing air flow adjustment according to personal needs. The lithium-ion battery guarantees long operating time on a single charge (up to 9 hours) and quick recharging. Visual, audible, and vibration alerts indicate when the filter needs changing or the battery needs recharging. A 99.997% efficiency filter removes nearly all contaminants, and simple maintenance facilitates easy upkeep of the system's operational readiness.

The air supply system, compatible with the SPARTUS Ultra VX27 face shield, can be augmented with A2 and ABEK1 gas filters, which effectively increase protection in environments containing organic vapors and hazardous gases. To fully exploit their capabilities and ensure uninterrupted operation under challenging conditions, the use of higher capacity batteries is recommended.
