SPARTUS® EasyCUT 40s Compressor is a compact plasma cutter with a built-in compressor, designed for cutting metals and all conductive materials. The device is powered by a single-phase 230 V network. The SPARTUS® EasyCUT 40s Compressor functions both as a plasma cutter and an MMA welding machine.

The EasyCUT 40s Compressor allows to adjust the cutting current within the range of 20 - 40A, making it perfectly adaptable to user needs. The maximum material thickness that can be cut is 20 mm. The device features 2T/4T operating modes, Post-gas adjustment. The integrated non-contact pilot arc ignition system without HF ensures the excellent quality of operational parts and longer service life.

The integrated internal compressor supplies the compressed air needed to create the plasma arc, allowing outdoor work. A button on the front panel allows easy switching of the compressed air supply source.

The cutter has 2 operating modes:

• Standard cutting: the basic mode where the plasma flow continuously cuts through the material, enabling quick and precise metal cutting or other conductive materials to a specific shape and size. This mode is often chosen for works requiring smooth and clean cutting edges.
• Cutting with breaks: this specialized operating mode is particularly useful for cutting materials with irregular surfaces, such as mesh. Thanks to this function, the cutter can maintain a stable plasma arc even if contact with the material is lost. The device allows continuous cutting because there is no need for manual arc re-ignition at each pause, which is a common problem in processing mesh and similar materials. Using the intermittent cutting mode significantly simplifies and speeds up the cutting process, while simultaneously reducing the risk of damaging the device due to frequent arc ignitions. This solution significantly increases work efficiency and allows for smooth and efficient cutting even when performing complex and labor-intensive tasks.

The EasyCUT 40s Compressor also allows welding in MMA mode. MMA welding is widely used in various conditions, ideally suited for steel and iron. The welding current adjustment ranges from 30 to 140 A, allowing flexible parameter adjustment for various welding tasks. The device also features functions supporting the MMA welding process, such as HOT START, ARC FORCE, and VRD.
