Sherman-profi V6b welding helmet

Automatic welding helmet Sherman-profi V6b is designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter, and harmful radiation during welding, brazing, and grinding work.

The automatic filter automatically switches from light to dark mode when the arc is ignited and returns to light mode when welding is finished. The filter has the highest optical class – 1/1/1/1, which ensures complete welder safety. TRUE COLOR full-color technology ensures high working comfort.

The V6a welding helmet has three external knobs for adjusting the shade level from 5 to 13 according to DIN, continuously adjustable sensor sensitivity to arc intensity during welding, and continuously adjustable delay time between dark and light states. A grinding mode is also available, in which the shade filter switches to the light state.

Four sensors ensure proper helmet operation in all conditions and positions, which is especially important when welding at low currents. The helmet features a very large viewing area (100 x 97 mm).

The headgear is comfortable and ergonomic, allowing the helmet to fit the head perfectly and enabling full adjustment of the helmet position. A special tilt system changes the helmet’s center of gravity relative to the welder’s head.

The internal control panel includes a test button to check proper filter operation and a battery charge indicator LED. Sherman-profi V6b provides complete eye and face protection against ultraviolet and infrared radiation. The UV/IR protection level is 16 (DIN), even when the filter is in the light state.

The helmet is ready to use immediately; simply adjust it to the welder’s head size and select and set the appropriate working parameters.
