Sherman-profi V6a welding helmet

The automatic welding helmet Sherman-profi V6a is designed to protect the welder's eyes and face from sparks, welding spatter and harmful radiation during welding, soldering and grinding. The automatic filter shifts from light to dark when the arc is ignited, and returns to light after welding is finished. The use of TRUE COLOR full color mapping technology ensures a high level of work comfort.

This welding helmet has three external knobs that allow for the adjustment of the shade level from 5 to 13 according to DIN, smooth adjustment of sensor sensitivity to the arc intensity during welding, and control of the dark/light state transition delay time. A grinding mode is also available, where the filter switches to light state without the ability to adjust the shade.

Four arc sensors ensure accurate helmet function under all conditions and in all positions, which is particularly important when welding with low currents. The helmet has an exceptionally large viewing area of 100 x 97 mm. An advanced and ergonomic system that allows adjustment on any head shape, fully adjustable helmet position. A special tilt system shifts the weight of the helmet in relation to the welder's head.

On the inner control panel, there is a "Test" button that allows checking if the filter is functioning properly. The Sherman-profi V6a helmet provides complete protection for the eyes and face from ultraviolet and infrared radiation. The UV/IR protection level is 16 (DIN), even when the filter is in its light state. The helmet is ready for use immediately, just need to adapt it to the welder's head shape and select and set the appropriate operating parameters.
