The hot glue gun PurGlue 50 guarantees quick and very strong glue adhesion. Adhering materials with polyurethane glues is the technology of the future. The adhesive system based on polyurethane of the PurGlue 50 has the advantages of instant glueing and creates a high-strength bond between almost all materials.

The main advantages of PUR glue technology:

• PUR (polyurethane) glues bond almost all materials together - ceramics, marble, metal, glass, wood, leather, textile, and various plastics (except PP, PE, polystyrene).
• High initial strength and much greater durability than conventional connection methods.
• Strong carrying capacity (1 cm 15 kg) = 7.5 times greater than hot glue sticks; strong resistance to stretching (1 cm 10 kg) = 5 times greater than hot glue sticks.
• Thermal resistance from - 40°C to + 100°C. When heating glues in the air at 130°C, the glues come off without residues.
• Resistant to weather conditions, therefore suitable for use indoors, outdoors, and in wet areas.

How it works: PUR glues are packed into cartridges, which are placed in a special area in the hot glue gun. Electric energy is supplied through a charging station. Thus, with the PurGlue 50, you can work wirelessly and completely independently. On the charging station, polyurethane glues are heated to the necessary melting temperature. Once the operating temperature is reached, the device automatically switches to standby mode and is ready for work. The operating time of the glue gun is about 20 minutes. The PurGlue 50 adheres extremely strongly because it relies on the use of newly developed polyurethane glues. These one-component glues without solvents solidify by reacting with atmospheric moisture.
