The ALUCUTTER-SET-1 Styrofoam cutting device is equipment needed for renovation and construction work. It expertly handles large styrofoam and polystyrene plates used for building insulation. The device ensures a clean and smooth cut. It can be used in any weather conditions.

This model features ergonomics and includes an integrated stand and brackets for mounting to scaffolds. For this reason, you won't need to look for a proper base for the cutting device each time, and work can be done both horizontally and vertically. The side support prevents the undesirable movement of large elements during cutting. The cutter is exceptionally precise, as it has a ball bearing guide that allows the hot knife to move freely on the workpiece, creating a clean and even edge. The movement and depth limiters and the polystyrene plate position scaling allow for precise and uniform cuts, even with a high repetition rate.

The Alucutter device is very easy to operate, simply press the corresponding button to start using it. The cutting wire heats up very quickly (1 – 2 s) and, once the desired temperature is reached, ensures uninterrupted operation. The completely waterproof 200 W power supply and transformer connected to the cutter's handle via waterproof XLR industrial connectors, allow for safe use even in adverse weather conditions.

Mobility is another advantage of this cutting equipment. The aluminium construction, which can be easily folded and quickly reassembled, is very light. Therefore, Alucutter can freely move around the construction site or on scaffolds.
