This new-generation Evolve series inverter welding power source is designed for professionals and demanding users. It is a multifunctional (MIG/MAG, TIG Lift, MMA), digitalized and extremely precisely controlled unit, featuring stable arc performance, smart synergic programs, and high energy efficiency.

JASIC MIG 200 PLUS EVOLVE N2D2 is built for professionals looking for a reliable, mobile, and versatile unit for light industry, service workshops, or individual fabrication tasks. It is perfectly suited for welding carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys. This single machine is enough to perform MIG/MAG welding (with shielding gas or flux-cored self-shielded wire), LIFT TIG, and manual arc (MMA) welding with coated electrodes.

This MIG/MAG welding machine is intended for use in auto service centers and body repair, metal structure fabrication, farm and maintenance work, and mobile workshops.

Advanced DSP microprocessor and digital interface (HMI)

ARM Cortex-M4 with (FPU) is ideally suited for precise pulse control thanks to efficient signal processing. It supports advanced welding algorithms, improving the overall welding quality of the EVOLVE200+.

The EVOLVE digital interface ensures a smooth, intuitive user experience regardless of the welder’s distance from the power source.

OTA (over-the-air) software update

Users can receive instant notifications on the EVOLVE200+ device as soon as a new software version becomes available. Once the user confirms, the device will automatically download the updated software and carry out the update process. Note: the device software can also be downgraded to an older version.

Fully synergic, controlled by “JTECloud”

EVOLVE200+ has 19 integrated synergic programs covering MMA, TIG, MIG/MAG, pulsed MIG, and double pulsed MIG. On the JTECloud platform, users can access an ever-expanding library of synergic programs. Users can download these cloud-based synergic programs to the EVOLVE200+ when the unit is connected to JTECloud.

Inverter frequency modulation

This function increases the energy efficiency of the EVOLVE200+ by adjusting the inverter switching frequency (26K–40K) according to the output power. A higher frequency at low current settings improves arc control, while a lower frequency at high current reduces power loss and heat.

Glick function

The Trim function allows users to adjust the output current during welding in 4T MIG/TIG mode by pressing the torch trigger. This enables more precise heat control and more flexible weld bead shaping.

Double pulse MIG welding

In double pulse MIG welding, two current pulses are used per cycle. This mixes the weld pool more effectively than single pulse welding, resulting in a finer grain structure, better weld quality, and reduced heat input.
