Hydrodynamic Painting Device Powermat PM-PDM-1300M PRO

An efficient painting device with a reciprocating pump. An integrated electronic display significantly facilitates parameter reading and ensures higher operational safety. The 1300 W brushless motor guarantees high work efficiency and reliability. Using this painting device, work becomes up to 10 times faster and more accurate than traditional painting with a roller. The spray gun not only ensures fast but also precise and even paint coverage, which is especially important on smooth surfaces, thereby achieving a professional finish without streaks and stains. Furthermore, paint losses when painting with a spray gun are lower than with traditional methods.

The hydrodynamic painting device can be used for almost all typical construction surfaces. During airless painting, the paints are compressed and sprayed onto the surfaces without using air. The device can use emulsion, acrylic, latex paints, water-based stains, varnishes, and enamels. The spray gun allows reaching hard-to-reach places, such as corners, recesses, and details that cannot or are very difficult to paint with a brush or roller.

Incredibly durable and easy-to-service design ensures less downtime at work. Easily replaceable pump filter reduces material spillage when removing the filter cartridge and ensures continuous operation. Compared to most hydrodynamic devices on the market, the PM-PDM-1300 PRO model is upgraded and lighter.

Using the quick connect, screws, and tools provided, you can quickly attach all painting hoses. The set includes three hoses:

• Strong and durable overflow hose allows the unused material to return to the tank.
• High-quality durable high-pressure flexible hose for spraying material.
• Highly sealed corrugated hose with a filter for sucking paints.

Spray nozzles

Nozzles 515, 517, 519 are intended for water-based, latex, and acrylic paints. Nozzle 619 is for paints based on oil and solvents.

• 515: 0.015 inch (0.38 mm) – creates a thin line and is ideally suited for precise finishing work, such as detailing edges and corners.
• 517: 0.017 inch (0.43 mm) – creates a slightly wider line and is suitable for larger surfaces, such as furniture, doors, and windows.
• 519: 0.019 inch (0.48 mm) – creates an even wider line and is perfect for quickly painting large surfaces, like walls and ceilings.
• 619: 0.021 inch (0.53 mm) – creates the widest line and is designed for the fastest painting of large surfaces, such as external walls and ceilings.

All four nozzles have a 60-degree spray angle to evenly cover the surface. The maximum working pressure for all four nozzles is 50 bars (725 psi).

All four nozzles are made of durable materials like stainless steel and tungsten, ensuring a long service life. The nozzles are easy to clean and replace. When choosing a spray nozzle, consider the type of paint, size of the painting surface, and the desired final result.
