Soft-faced Halder Simplex mallet with reinforced cast iron housing and hickory wood handle, rubber composite with “Stand-Up” function / superplastic

This mallet features a combination of rubber and superplastic inserts, making it an indispensable helper for many tasks. In this mallet, the Halder manufacturer’s inserts are further improved. Thanks to its special shape, the rubber insert with the “Stand-Up” function (3202.2) allows the mallet to stand firmly on the floor, reducing the need to bend down, making the work much more ergonomic and comfortable. The rubber insert has very low wear, is odorless, and lasts significantly longer than traditional rubber mallets. The superplastic insert (3207 series) enables greater impact force than the rubber insert. This is a medium-hard plastic insert made from an extruded, highly homogeneous material. Compared with plastic inserts produced by molding, it is much more wear-resistant and longer-lasting.

The hickory wood handle allows you to grip the mallet comfortably when it is standing on the floor.

The housing is made of cast iron and features an integrated handle-protection sleeve, ensuring high resistance to breakage.

According to the intelligent SIMPLEX principle, all mallet components are replaceable. This means you will save storage space and money.

Mallet features:

• All mallet parts can be replaced.
• Available sizes: D60mm and D80mm. A version with a short handle is also available.
