The ESAB OK 76.35 is an electrode featuring low moisture absorption (LMA), containing 5Cr0.5Mo and designed for welding abrasion-resistant steel types. It is particularly suitable for pipe welding. Welding with this electrode results in a stable arc and minimal slag loss. A preheating temperature of 150-260°C and interpass temperature are usually required. The specified mechanical properties are determined after one hour of heat treatment at a temperature of 740°C.
