ESAB Filarc PZ6138 is a rutile flux-cored wire, alloyed with 0.9% Ni, particularly suitable for use in the marine sector. It has good impact toughness values down to –60°C and CTOD test (crack tip opening displacement test) down to -10°C. Welding with this wire produces a stable, spatter-free arc.
